We meet at 9:30 am at The Waterfront Restaurant. 4201 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32806. Please wear clothing that can get wet. Most guests wear a bathing suit or workout attire. People very rarely fall in after my lessons, but I do provide towels and there is a bathroom to change in when we are done. I provide dry bags for your phone so you can take pictures and a bottle of water. I start by teaching you safety on the boards and how to adjust your paddle for your height. I demonstrate how to stand up safely on the boards and then make sure each guest gets up and feels solid on the board and how to come back down to the board without falling if you feel shaky. We then start our tour around the lakes. Most people settle in very well to paddling but I am able to paddle near each guest and make sure everyone is feeling comfortable. We stop for water periodically and I teach people all the different ways to use a paddleboard. Kayakers are welcome to join our groups as well. Pictures on this lake turn out amazing and I make sure to take pictures of all guests that I can share after our excursion. We do not ever see alligators on this lake. This is an awesome, calm lake to learn this skill on and the bonus is there is a wonderful restaurant to sit and enjoy the water even more when we have finished our paddle session. Even if you have tried paddleboarding before and fallen in choppy waters, you will have a much different experience on flat water. I encourage anyone to try this amazing activity. I have taught a 77 year old and a 3 year old to enjoy Paddleboarding safely.Additional InformationConfirmation will be received at time of bookingMinimum drinking age is 21 yearsAt time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding timeAt time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding timeVegetarian op
