Kealakekua Bay Snorkel and Wild Dolphin Swim


This excursion is offered as a morning 4-hour adventure and as condensed express 2.5-hour afternoon adventure, as well as ride-along options without snorkeling. Go out in the super safe Willard Navy Seals boats to swim in the area known for wild spinner dolphins. Experience their energy and curiosity towards humans. Following, you will enjoy a quiet and relaxing snorkel in the Kealakekua reserve, often called the best snorkeling spot in all Hawaii, and only accessible by boat (or a very long hike). In season, we will also look for other natural sea creatures such as whales and sea turtles. Because this local operator limits their customers to six per boat, they have plenty of room, plenty of individual attention, and plenty of time to ensure that they can get to everything and still have time to relax. If they feel bothered, they can be gone in a flash! Dolphins are very curious and may swim over to look at us. They are particularly drawn towards children. Explore the Coast10 am Head south along the Kona Coast to explore sea caves en route to Kealakekua Bay. The Captain or guide will point out interesting facts about the unique coastline of Hawaii.
