The experience begins upon arrival to 77 Worth Street, a historical building dating back to 1865. The first thing you may notice is youre about to enter Atera, a prestigious 2 Michelin-star restaurant. Tempting as dinner may be, youll proceed downstairs to the labyrinthine basement and perhaps catch a glimpse of renowned celebrity Chef Ronny Emborg prepping his kitchen for the evenings service. Further down this hallway youll find Farm.One. Since this space houses both an operational farm production facility and an operational fine-dining restaurant, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early and please do not loiter in the hallway.Upon entering the farm, all visitors are subject to strict bio-security protocol which includes donning protective clothing and decontamination. After introducing yourselves and meeting your tour guide, each guest is provided with a beverage (Prosecco or water) and the tour will commence. First your guide will give you an overview on the history of Farm. One, followed by a brief summary of the technology we utilize and the philosophy behind it. Following this, youll enter the grow room where the magic happens. Each guest will get the chance to taste dozens of rare herbs, microgreens and edible flowers, accompanied by expert commentary and a more detailed look at the specific components from which the farm is constructed. Even veterans of New Yorks culinary scene will be surprised at the wide variety of flavors and aromas which our plants produce, and perhaps youll be inspired to elevate your own cooking to the next level! After tasting and examining almost everything on the Farm (all plants are 100% edible!), the tour will conclude and the group will be lead back into the staging room where youll have a chance to ask your final questions and take a complimentary group photo. Finally, before you leave, youll receive a complimentary gift box containing a sampling of the herbs and microgreens encountered on the tour, for you to take home and enjoy or to help you share your Farm. One expe
