Public Tour departs at 1:00pm from the Bardstown Visitor Center at One Court Square, Bardstown, KY 40004, but local hotel pickup/drop-off can be arranged. The Bardstown region is known as the Bourbon Capital of the World, home to some of Americas best known brands-Heaven Hill, Jim Beam, Makers Mark, and Bartons 1792. The area features the craft distilleries of Willetts and Limestone Branch, and the contemporary Lux Row and Bardstown Bourbon Company. Exact stops will depend on availability at the time of booking. This half day crafted tour allows our guest to experience the diversity of the bourbon industry by mixing the old with the new, the premium with the craft. Guests will visit two distilleries with one tour and two tastings, learn about the distilling process and enjoy some leisure time for shopping or sipping. All stops will include time to shop for bourbon and related items in the gift shop. Depending on time constraints a stop at another Distillery may be included. The tour starts promptly at 1:00pm and will return at approximately 4:30pm. A tour leader teaches you about Kentucky and its distillery history on your way to each stop and is included.
