We will depart from Marco Island and navigate through the mangrove forests and coastal ecosystems of Everglades National Park and The Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge on our custom built, United States Coast Guard Inspected Carolina Skiff. The captain will stop to view and educate guests at interesting historical sites including the Cape Romano Dome House as well as educating people on the natural aspects unique to this fragile eco-system including the wildlife we view throughout the excursion. Once on the barrier island guests will have an opportunity to snorkel, swim, search for rare shells and generally just explore the island. Water will be provided and guests are encouraged to bring their own beverages and food to enjoy on the island, picnic style. We then continue our tour through the islands, searching for wildlife and navigate back to the dock on Marco Island.
