Our classes are fun and use the brightest beach colors possible. Themes are often about the beach and/or beach living. You can see some of our work before at our shop on 1602 23rd Street in Galveston.What is the experience customers can expect?Our classes are in our studio workspace and are for all levels of artistic experience. Any age mix can attend the classes for those on vacation with children. We have aprons, all the paint, reclaimed wood and shells. The teacher is Catherine Lee, professional artist.What was the inspiration to start or run this business?After a life changing event I asked myself, Why dont I live at the beach and paint? So I sold all my stuff, asked hubby if he wanted to go, and moved to the beach. I love teaching the classes and running my own small shop/gallery.What do you love most about your job?I love working with colors that make people happy. Using reclaimed materials from the island is a goal I have long had. Being able to paint images of turtles, dolphins, and the flowers of the island is something I find hard to express in just words. I am living the dream!
