After purchasing your admission ticket, your aerial adventure begins by driving to the helicopter launch site at the Grand Canyon’s West Rim, where you’ll meet your crew and board a state-of-the-art, six-passenger A-Star jet helicopter. Soar high above the multi-hued landmark in your helicopter before descending 4,000 feet (1,200 meters) down from the rim into the canyon, where you can gain an intimate look at its diverse layers and striking colors. On the 12- to 15-minute flight, you’ll also pass over Guano Point, Eagle Point, and the Skywalk—a transparent horseshoe-shaped bridge and tourist attraction that juts over the canyon. After your riverside landing, board a pontoon for an open-air journey between the Grand Canyon’s towering rock walls. On the leisurely 12- to 15-minute journey, relax and enjoy the vibrant colors of the canyon’s formations as the light plays off the water.At the end , you will ascend above the Grand Canyon for one last look at the national landmark, a fitting end to your aerial adventure.Please note: There are multiple rims to the Grand Canyon so please ensure that you make your way to the West Rim for this tour.
