The idea was to own a small catering business, but the demand forced us to expand our services to include personal chefs, institutional food service, home delivery, and restaurant consulting.What do you love most about your job?We at Grassroots Chef Services pride ourselves on using local farmers, purchasing only whats in season, and giving back to our community with fundraisers that support local charter schools. Charlotte is my home and I want to see the Queen City become a thriving foodie city.What is the best reaction youve ever gotten from a customer?Because we are a small company, we receive most of our clients by word of mouth. That means we take customer service to a whole new level. We focus on the details! Anyone can make good food, but at Grassroots Chef Services, we make great experiences along with fantastic food!
