Spending an evening sail on Lake Union is perfect for an anniversary, proposal, or much-needed date night.Your captain will coordinate a dock location on Lake Union to pick you up and take you for a romantic moonlit sail.If you'd like to enjoy a nice dinner on the town before your sail, you can simply coordinate this with your captain and they'll handle making your dinner reservations and will pick you up on the dock by the restaurant after you've dined. Possible restaurants include Pasta Fresca, Cuoco, Republic, and Ivar's Salmon House.Once onboard, you can relax under a warm blanket as your boat skims silently over the water, or request a faster sail and the thrill of riding on the wind!Your captain will show you around Lake Union, pointing out many of the local landmarks and helping you to understand the history of the Emerald City.You will see Gasworks Park, the floating home community, and perhaps even the Sleepless in Seattle house! If you start earlier, you might catch one of Seattle's beautiful sunsets. Later sails are also wonderful, as nightfall unlocks the beautiful night-scape of the Seattle skyline.At the end of the evening, you will be returned to the dock where you were picked up.
