The show transports audience directly inside Lispector’s heart creating an experience that encourages audiences to engage with literature on a sensory level.Conceived by Andressa Furletti and Debora Balardini and directed by Linda Wise, the show integrates visual arts, film, music performance art, which embodies the writer’s deepest feelings, serving as an entry point to Clarices incredible work, still mostly unknown in the US. The performers embody the writers biggest themes such as identity, solitude, madness, faith, time, violence, maternity, childhood and freedom accompanied by Mario Forte on violin.Held at Aich Studio, a preserved 19th-century space, immerse yourself into 11 different journeys, mounted and performed throughout the building. Once INSIDE THE WILD HEART, visitors are free to choose whom to follow, where to go, how much time you spend in each room and, to be a spectator or an active participant.The performance space is also available for Installation Visits on the weekends beginning 10/27: an opportunity to explore the venue outside of the performance.Get Inside the Wild Heart and enjoy the art installations of the play.
