Afterward, the group heads over to the Arundel Olympic Swim Center where students learn how to assemble their equipment and put it on properly. Once suited up, students begin diving in shallow water and learn how to use equipment and swim beneath the surface. The class is four hours in total. All equipment is provided; students only need to bring a towel and bathing suit.
