Each week students will cover different topics such as understanding the fermentation processes, the differences in red wine, white wine, and Champagne, pairing, and wine tastings. Light bites will be provided each evening.What was the inspiration to start or run this business?I love to interact with fellow wine lovers. My favorite topic of conversation is breaking down the key notes and aromas of wines, specifically Champagne.
