Next, enjoy an inspired and modern take on Mississippi River Delta comfort food at Red Dog, where everything is made in-house with love (youll also try a popular cocktail). We finish with a Creole dessert: learn the history of chicory cafe au lait and beignets! During walks between stops, learn our lingo, traditions, architecture and a little history.
