Treat yourself to a morning of relaxation and fun with this Paddle Board Yoga class in Oak Bluffs!Before hitting the water, your instructor will take you through some basic paddling techniques and make sure you are comfortable with your board. The boards used for this class are sturdy, so paddlers of all levels will be able to enjoy this class.
