8 Hours: The tour departs at your accommodation in San Francisco. Times are subject to change based on the availability of Muir Woods parking reservations. We will try to get a morning reservation for Muir Woods but a late afternoon is more likely. Example schedule:10:00am Hotel pickup10:45am Arrive at Muir Woods12pm Depart Muir Woods1pm Visit your first Carneros Appellation winery or lunch.2:15pm Lunch or Carneros Appellation winery3:30pm 2nd Carneros Appellation winery.6pm return to San Francisco.*These are not accurate times, it is meant to give you an idea on how the day is spaced out. Muir Woods might be visited last on busy summer weekends.Extra time over 8 hours may be bought for $100 per hour if you would like an extended the trip or stop in Sausalito on the way back.Transportation is normally provided in an extended 2015 Ford Expedition EL XLT equipped with 4-wheel drive. Selected for its size, this comfortable vehicle has leather seats and a full 3rd row with 17% more leg room than other SUVs of its model year. This modern vehicle is clean and has working air conditioning and heating.Additional InformationConfirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 4 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availabilityADA handicap passengers: If you are able to bring a handicap parking placard assigned to someone in your group, please message me upon booking. This will get you a closer parking space and increase my ability to obtain a parking reservation.A collapsible wheelchair or stroller can be accommodated.You will be advised if a Muir Woods reservation for your selected day is not available within 3 days of your tour.Muir Woods strictly enforces when and the amount of time we can park. Expect 60-90 minutes in the forest for this tour.If you have children under 8, you must use a size appropriate booster or car seat. Children may not ride on the parents lap.
